Pixar have released 27 full-length feature films over the past 27 and a half years!
Since then, the animation studio has spawned franchises and released some fan-favorite characters that have become staples at Disney theme parks.
A little backstory – Pixar was first named in 1986 when the late Steve Jobs purchased Lucasfilm’s Computer Division from George Lucas and launched it as it’s own independent company.
Pixar then started to collaborate with Disney on CAPS, the Computer Animation Production System. The studio began releasing short films from 1986 until 1990.
In 1991, Disney and Pixar agreed to make an animated movie together, and this began work on a project, which became Toy Story.
Following the most recent release of their latest movie Elemental, we’re taking a look at each of the Pixar films and seeing how audiences feel about them, ranking them from least liked to the most popular film! (And there are quite a few ties, including a four-way tie.)
Click through the slideshow to find out which of the 25 movies is the highest ranked…
