Demi Lovato opened up about mental health and her gender identity in the midst of Mental Health Awareness Month.
The 30-year-old “Confident” pop star appeared at the Hollywood & Mind Summit on Thursday (May 11). While onstage, they spoke frankly about their own mental health.
More specifically, Demi explained why she was “relieved” to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder. They also touched on their gender identity and why they decided to stay out of the comments section online.
