Kim Kardashian looks back over her shoulder with a big smile while arriving at a business meeting in Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 23).
The 40-year-old reality star and entrepreneur wore a cute look of a cream tank top, with snakeskin pants and a few layered necklaces as she arrived for the meeting along with a hairstylist and another friend.

Over the weekend, Kim was busy shooting a new promo campaign for a new collection for her sleepwear line, SKIMS. During it, one of her best girlfriends, La La Anthony, re-pierced her ear!
“Okay, I’m going in for the kill,” La La told Kim as she recorded the process for Kim’s Instagram Story.
“Yeah. Okay guys, La La’s re-piercing my ear. Ow, ow!” Kim added. “Oh my god. Oh my god. She just f***ing re-pierced my ear!”
