Gene Simmons is moving!
The 71-year-old KISS rocker and his wife Shannon Tweed paid $5.8 million for a mountaintop house in Malibu, Calif., Dirt reported Tuesday (March 23).
The 3,700-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was built in 1975 on a 2.45-acre hilltop lot and last sold in 2014 for $1.9 million to Wolfgang Buehler, a California based investor. He then remodeled the impressive space including walls of glass offering 360-degree views of the mountains and sea, and an all-new pool with a spa.
The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony with panoramic views, and the gourmet kitchen has a large central island and top-of-the-line appliances and marble countertops.
