Queen Latifah is sharing two very special short films during the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival!
The Oscar-nominated actress took to the stage for a Tribeca Talks session on Friday (April 26) at Spring Studio in New York City.

During the talk, in conversation with Dee Rees, Queen Latifah discussed The Queen Collective, which is a program aimed at accelerating gender and racial equality behind the camera.
As part of the project, she premiered two short films directed by women of color – Haley Anderson‘s If There Is Light and Brittany Fennell‘s Ballet After Dark.
The films are now available on Hulu.
