The 49-year-old entertainer bared her abs in a crop top and gray leggings while the 43-year-old former Yankee showed off his massive biceps in a gray T-shirt as they spent the afternoon working up a sweat.

Over the weekend, Jen was spotted flaunting her abs as she and Alex stepped out to do some shopping together.
