Chris Brown is planning on filing a lawsuit against the woman who accused him of rape.
The 29-year-old singer claims that he was set up by a model, who claims he took her back to his hotel room and violently raped her.
Chris claims that he was in the living room of his hotel suite with 20 other people the entire time. His rumored girlfriend was also present at the time.
“Chris Brown is free,” his lawyer told TMZ in a statement. “No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.”
Chris has been released from police custody and is free to leave Paris, though an investigation is still ongoing.
