Alec Baldwin has been charged with assault after punching a man in a parking space dispute.
The 60-year-old actor was spotted arriving home after being detained at the NYPD 6th Precinct on Friday (November 2) in New York City.
Alec reportedly got into a physical altercation with a man over a parking spot in the West Village.
According to Deadline, Alec has been charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment, and has been ordered to appear in court November 26th.
