Sara Bareilles has released her first radio single in five years and it’s an empowering song called “Armor.”
The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter took a long hiatus from the music scene to take over Broadway for the past five years. Her musical Waitress is running all around the world right now and Sara even did two runs as the star of the show!
“Armor” is the lead single off of Sara‘s upcoming fourth major label album. She previously put out an album of original music in 2013 with The Blessed Unrest, which earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year.
Sara also released the album What’s Inside: Songs from Waitress in 2015. The record featured her singing the songs from the Broadway musical!
