Cardi B Writes an Emotional Tribute to Takeoff After His Death: 'This Has Truly Been a Nightmare'

Cardi B is speaking out about the loss of Takeoff.

The 30-year-old “WAP” superstar shared a tribute to the Migos superstar, who sadly passed away at the age of 28 at the beginning of the month.

Cardi is married to Takeoff’s Migos co-star Offset. Quavo is Takeoff‘s uncle, and Offset is Quavo‘s cousin.

“The impact you had in this world was so considerable and we have struggled to grasp this tragedy. I am heartbroken but I am grateful for all the precious memories we got to share while you were here with us. This has truly been a nightmare and the pain is incomparable,” she wrote on Instagram.

A “Celebration of Life” memorial service was held on Friday (November 11) to honor the life of the late rapper. See photos from the inside.
